Basic routine
Do you ever just need a quick way to calm down and get ready for the day ahead, look no further then this four step routine.
1. quick look around
Just look around, were are you, your house, on your car, wherever you are look around.
2. Breath
take a few deep breaths, there is nothing else in this world other then the rising and falling of your chest.
3. imagine
Image the place you most want to be right now, is it a beach, or in meadows, wherever it is, image your are there.
take in an extra deep breath, and let it out, at the same time open your eyes, do you feel better?
4. wake
